Bob Reynolds, Director and Nonprofit Services Team Leader at Brady Ware, received the INCPAS Outstanding CPA in Community Service Award. Bob was recognized for his exceptional dedication to the community and the outstanding services he has provided to the INCPAS and CPA profession. The winners were announced at the annual CPA Celebration ceremony held on May 12 in Indianapolis.
For over 25 years, Bob has served in a volunteer leadership role for many nonprofit boards, committees, and taskforces. He has utilized his professional expertise and leadership skills to bring value to many organizations. Bob has worked closely with leaders of nonprofit organizations to formulate and implement strategies that effectively safeguard and manage resources that maximize the outcome of a program and enhance the sustainability of their mission.
Recently, Bob was appointed as Chairman of the Board for the United Way of Whitewater Valley. He has been realigning its focus to better address key issues in the community. Consequently, the United Way launched the Hands Up Guidance (HUG) Initiative, a program that provides necessary support to overcome various barriers of poverty and it delivers guidance to gain greater financial stability.
In April, Bob was honored as Volunteer of the Year at United Way’s State Leaders Conference. The award appropriately reflects Bob’s devotion to the community and all his hard work.
