John C. Waybright, CPA/ABV, CMA, AM – Director

John joined Brady Ware as a partner in January 2006. His experience includes over twelve years in public accounting with two regional firms and six years of working in private industry. His industry experience includes holding manager and director positions in the finance department of a well-known international consumer products company. John holds the Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant designations. He is also accredited in Business Valuation by the AICPA and is an Accredited Member (Business Valuation) of the American Society of Appraisers.

John has served clients in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, distribution, retail, auto dealerships, construction, healthcare, banking, and professional services. John's focus includes auditing, taxation, business valuation, financial projections and modeling, management consulting, supply chain finance, contribution and profitability analysis, litigation support, and turnaround management. John's valuation experience includes appraisals of entities for estate tax, gift tax planning, S-Corp to C-Corp conversions, recapitalizations, buy/sell agreements, mergers & acquisitions, ESOPs, and litigation support. John currently leads the firm's Manufacturing/Distribution Services team.

John is a member of The American Institute and The Ohio Society of CPAs, the Institute of Management Accountants, the American Society of Appraisers, the Ohio Manufacturers' Association, and the Association for Corporate Growth. John is an Advisory Board member of a Columbus based transportation company and formerly served for five years on the Advisory Board of a local printing company. His community involvement includes being a member of the Pickerington Youth Athletic Association's Basketball Board.
